Job Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for overall general office duties. The duties incudes performing basic office tasks such as going different banks and completing the given transactions, delivering and collecting mails and other documents to the persons, etc.
Essential Duties
- Oversee and Coordinate tasks with administrative staff.
- Complete all banking transactions including depositing money, transferring money, opening bank accounts, etc.
- Deliver messages and run errands.
- Getting quotations from the market of various things that are required in the office.
- Process and prepare documents, such as bank forms or government forms.
- Deliver messages and run errands.
- Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Driving to the airport, post office and other locations for deliveries/pickups
- Disburse, count, and collect money on behalf of the office.
- Address all complains and also take orders from superiors
Required Qualifications
- Should have completed minimum +2. Having a bachelor degree will be a plus point.
- Should know how to drive bike/scooty.
- Candidates having their own two wheelers will be given preference.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Should be comfortable in travelling in the city.
- Should have basic knowledge of banking related terms.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate friendly with customers and visitors
- Possess basic computer skills in various areas, like email, word processing, etc.,
- Possess general office skills, like filing, photocopying, posting outgoing mails, and distributing and sorting incoming mails
