Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The Business Development Executive will research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed; and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Essential Duties

  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Write bids, proposals, brochures and various other business informational letters.
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
  • Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information.
  • Following up swiftly on purchase and  procurement of materials.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a similar field. (MBA Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
  • Prefer candidates with 3-5 years of sales experience, and training.
  • Must possess strong customer service skill.
